摘 要:于近代兴起的商品蔬菜种植业,是英国摆脱传统农业,实现农业与市场经济相联系的重要基础。它的兴起与发展,是消费革命与新的市场需求等诸多因素共同推动的结果。与传统农业相比,商品蔬菜种植业创造了惊人的经济效益,为种植者带来了财富,从而产生了报酬递增效应。通过不断地自我强化,到19世纪末,商品蔬菜种植业实现了规模化和职业化,对近代英国的农业产业结构产生了重要影响。通过对英国商品蔬菜种植业的历史考察,不仅可以深入探究近代英国农业产业结构调整的方法与路径,而且可以引导我们进一步探讨农业转型的多样性。The rise of market garden is the important foundation for England to get rid of traditional agriculture and to realize the link between agriculture and the market economy in the early modern period.Its rise and development is the result of many factors such as the consumer revolution and new market demand.Compared with traditional agriculture,market garden not only creates amazing economic benefits,but also brings wealth to the growers,thus generating an incremental payoff effect.Through continuous selfreinforcement,by the end of the 19th century,the scale and professionalization of the industry was eventually realized and had a significant impact on the structure of the agricultural industry in early modern England.By exploring the history of this industry,we can not only examine the methods and paths of the restructuring of the agricultural industry in early modern England,but also further explore the diversity of agricultural transformation.
