摘 要:由于变截面轧辊本身表面线速度不同,在轧制过程中板料上下表面在相同位置处会产生转速差,轧辊转速的变化,必然对成形曲面的成形效果产生很大的影响.论文研究了变截面刚性弧形辊转速对曲面成形规律的影响,建立了异速轧制和同速轧制两种条件下的有限元模型.模拟结果表明:同速轧制时,成形曲面的纵向弯曲变形随轧辊转速的增大而增大;异速轧制时,成形曲面的纵向弯曲变形在轧制速度比为1.0~1.25时变化明显.相较于同速轧制,异速轧制时成形曲面的应变分布更加均匀,使成形曲面具有更好的力学性能.Due to the different surface linear speeds of the variable-section rolls themselves,a rotational speed difference will occur between the upper and lower surfaces of the sheet at the same position during the rolling process.Variations in the roll rotational speed will inevitably have a great impact on the forming effect of the formed curved surface.This paper studies the influence of the rotation speed of variable-section rigid arc-shaped rollers on the forming rules of curved surfaces,and establishes finite element models under two conditions:differential rolling and same-speed rolling.The simulation results show that:during rolling at the same speed,the longitudinal bending deformation of the formed curved surface increases with the increase of the roll speed;during differential rolling,the longitudinal bending deformation of the formed curved surface changes significantly when the rolling speed ratio is 1.0 to 1.25.Compared with rolling at the same speed,the strain distribution of the formed surface is more uniform during differential rolling,giving the formed surface better mechanical properties.
