摘　　要：在我国农村人口老龄化形势日益严峻的背景下,有效应对农村养老问题已成为亟待解决的重点难题,而发展农村养老金融是积极应对农村老龄化的重要举措。论文从养老金金融、养老服务金融和养老产业金融三个维度出发,系统梳理了我国农村养老金融的发展历程,以江苏省如皋市为样本,调查分析了农村养老金融的需求现状,并进一步剖析了农村养老金融发展面临的主要问题:城乡养老金金融发展不平衡、农村养老服务金融产品适配性不足、养老产业金融业态尚未完善以及农村居民养老金融认知亟待提升等。据此提出建议:完善农村养老金金融政策体系、丰富养老金融产品供给、提升农村居民养老金融素养以及支持养老产业金融发展,以期为农村养老金融的高质量发展提供可行路径与理论支撑。In the context of China's rapidly ageing rural population,the issue of rural old-age care has emerged as a pressing and complex challenge that demands urgent attention.The development of rural old-age care finance represents a crucial initiative in addressing the challenges posed by rural ageing.This paper examines the evolution of rural pension finance in China from three perspectives:pension finance,pension service finance and pension industry finance.Using Rugao,Jiangsu Province as a case study,we analyze the current state of rural pension finance supply and demand.This paper discusses the main challenges confronting the advancement of rural pension finance,such as unbalanced development of pension finance,insufficient adaptability of pension service financial products,immature financial business of the pension industry,and the urgent need to improve the awareness of pension finance of rural residents.Accordingly,this article proposes to improve the financial policy system of rural pensions,enrich the supply of financial products for elderly care services,improve the financial literacy of rural residents for pensions,and support the financial development of the pension industry,in order to provide feasible paths and theoretical support for the high-quality development of rural pension finance.
