摘　　要：增汇固碳是实现双碳目标的重要支撑。中国农业生产规模及其碳汇潜力巨大,但面临气候及环境风险复杂、融资渠道有限且成本高、价值核算及变现难等现实挑战。碳金融作为支持经济社会低碳转型的重要力量,将发挥其风险分散、资源配置、交易定价功能帮助农业碳汇提高气候风险应对能力、缓解融资约束问题和完善价值实现机制。因此,未来需要加快完善碳金融体系建设、健全农业碳汇价值评估体系、建立农业碳汇价值实现体系、助推农业碳汇克服难题并加速促进全生态领域的增汇固碳,最终推进碳达峰、碳中和目标实现。Carbon sink is a crucial support for achieving the dual carbon goals.China's agricultural sector,while possessing vast production scale and significant carbon sink potential,faces challenges of complex climate-environmental risks,constrained financing channels and high financing costs,and dilemma of carbon sink effect valuation and realization.As a key driver of economic and social low-carbon transformation,carbon finance is expected to fulfill its functions of risk diversification,resource allocation and transaction pricing to enhance agricultural carbon sink's resilience to climate risks,ease financing constraints and refine the value realization mechanism.Therefore,to support agricultural carbon sinks in overcoming these challenges and promote ecosystem-wide carbon sink,it is essential to strengthen the carbon financial system,refine the value assessment framework and establish the value realization mechanism,which will ultimately facilitate the achievement of carbon peak and carbon neutrality goals.
