摘 要:随着人工智能技术的快速发展,其在档案管理领域的应用逐步成为推动档案工作数智化转型的关键驱动力。文章首先分析了人工智能时代档案工作的背景与发展趋势,指出人工智能通过自然语言处理、计算机视觉、知识图谱等前沿技术,显著提升了档案数据处理、智能化服务与档案安全管理的效率与质量,推动了档案工作从传统的静态保存向动态利用和智能服务的转型。接着通过典型案例分析,进一步阐述了人工智能在档案资源建设、开放利用、数字编研和安全管理等方面的实际应用效果与成效。最后基于案例分析,文章发现当前人工智能在档案工作的应用过程中仍面临技术发展与实际需求不匹配、区域资源分布不均、数据质量不高、技术适配与人员能力不足等问题。为此,文章提出了优化算法、加强数据标准化、推动产学研协同创新等改进策略,探讨了人工智能应用中可能引发的法规与伦理问题,提出了完善法律法规与责任界定的建议,以期为档案行业的数字化、数智化转型提供理论支持与实践指导。With the rapid development of artificial intelligence(AI)technology,its application in the field of archive management has gradually become a key driving force of promoting the digital-intelligent transformation of archival undertakings.This article first analyzes the background and development trend of archival undertakings in the era of artificial intelligence,pointing out that artificial intelligence has significantly improved the efficiency and quality of archival data processing,intelligent service and archival security management through cutting-edge technologies such as natural language processing,computer vision,knowledge graph,and so on,and has promoted the transformation of archival undertakings from traditional static preservation to dynamic utilization and intelligent service.Then through typical case studies,this article further elaborates the practical application effects and effectiveness of AI in archival resource development,open utilization,digital compilation and research,and security management.Finally,based on the case study,this article finds that the current application of AI in archives is still facing the problems of mismatch between technological development and actual demand,uneven distribution of regional resources,low data quality,and insufficient technical adaptation and personnel capacity.In this regard,this article puts forward improvement strategies such as optimizing algorithms,strengthening data standardization,and promoting collaborative innovation among industries,universities and research institutes,and discusses the regulatory and ethical issues that may be triggered by the application of AI,and puts forward suggestions to improve the laws and regulations and the definition of responsibility,with a view to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the digitalization and digital-intelligent transformation of the archival industry.
