摘　　要：提升档案文化国际传播力不仅是打破西方文化霸权、增进国际理解与互信的必要手段,也是展现中国文化魅力、提升国家文化软实力的有效途径。文章探讨了档案文化国际传播力建设在文化自强、文化自信和文化自觉方面的核心价值,同时指出当前档案文化国际传播主要面临档案工作内部条件欠缺、国际交流外部环境挑战两方面的阻碍,并基于档案文化国际传播力建设的核心要素提出以下策略:树立协和万邦的国际观,加强档案文化国际合作机制建设;加大档案资源创新开发力度,推动档案文化产品与服务走向国际;抓住网络时代的国际传播机遇,深化文化数字化技术创新与应用。Enhancing international communication capacity of archival culture serves not only as an essential strategy to dismantle the Western cultural hegemony and foster international understanding and mutual trust,but also as an effective pathway to showcase the charm of Chinese culture and elevate national cultural soft power.This paper examines the core values of developing international communication capacity of archival culture in terms of cultural self-strengthening,self-confidence,and self-awareness.It identifies two major obstacles hindering the current international communication of archival culture:internal deficiencies in archival work conditions and external challenges in international exchange environments.Based on the key elements of developing international communication capacity of archival culture,the following strategies are proposed:(1)establishing a global solidarity and harmonious coexistence perspective to strengthen international cooperation mechanisms for archival culture;(2)intensifying innovative development of archival resources to promote the internationalization of archival cultural products and services;(3)seizing international communication opportunities in the digital age to deepen technological innovation and application in cultural digitization.
