摘　　要：加强档案数据治理的标准化建设,对于提升档案数据赋能数字政府建设的能力具有重要作用。基于对数字政府建设背景下数据治理标准和档案数据治理标准的调研和对比性分析,发现我国档案数据治理标准建设取得一定经验进展,但在标准体系和协调性、共享和利用标准建设及质量管控标准建设等方面仍有较大完善空间。提出数字政府建设背景下我国档案数据治理标准建设的推进策略:加强档案数据治理标准体系研究,关照标准建设协调性;重视档案数据质量控制和系统平台标准建设;强化档案数据共享利用和档案数据服务标准建设。Strengthening the standardization of archival data governance is of great significance in supporting digital government development.Based on the research and comparative analysis of data governance standards and archival data governance standards in the context of digital government development,it finds that the development of archival data governance standards in China has made some progress in experience,but there is still much room for improvement in the standard system and coordination,the development of archival data sharing and access standards,and the development of archival data quality control standards.It puts forward the promotion strategy of archival data governance standard development in China under the background of digital government development:strengthening research on archival data governance standard system and paying attention to the coordination of standards;emphasizing archival data quality control and system platform standard development;enhancing the standard development of archival data sharing,access and service.
