摘　　要：档案管理工作的新变化对档案人才提出更高的要求,提升自身专业化能力是适应职业发展需求的关键。文章对我国31个省级综合档案馆近5年的人才招聘情况进行调查,共收集25个省级综合档案馆的175条招聘信息。围绕档案人才专业化能力的核心要素,对岗位需求、专业、学历、工作经历、年龄等招聘条件进行描述性分析,归纳总结实践部门对档案人才专业化能力的需求特征,表现为需要多元融合的专业知识、系统扎实的专业技能和守正创新的专业精神,最终提出从优化教育培养体系、改善技能发展条件以及强化双创能力素养三个方面提升档案人才的专业化能力。The new changes in archival management have put forward higher requirements for archival talent,and enhancing their specialized capacities is the key to adapting to the needs of career development.By conducting a survey on the recruitment of talent in the past five years in 31 provincial comprehensive archives in China,a total of 172 pieces of recruitment information from 25 provincial comprehensive archives were collected.Focusing on the core elements of specialized capacities of archival talent,descriptive analysis was carried out on the recruitment conditions such as job requirements,major,education,work experience and age.The demand of practical departments for specialized capacities of archival talent is manifested as diversified and integrated professional knowledge,systematic and solid professional skills and innovative and progressive professional spirit.Finally,it is proposed to enhance the specialized capacities of archival talent from three aspects:optimizing the education and training system,improving the conditions for skill development,and strengthening the quality of innovation and entrepreneurship.
