摘  要:为了研究剪力滞效应对混凝土夹芯板(CSPs)开裂荷载的影响,首先建立了CSPs的简化计算模型,通过引入最大剪力滞系数,推导了在不同荷载条件下CSPs开裂荷载理论计算公式。之后选取板长、顶板板厚、保温层厚度、底板板厚、连接件间距以及连接件直径为参数,建立了不同荷载条件下的有限元模型(FEM),分析了它们对于CSPs最大剪力滞系数以及开裂荷载的影响。结合FEM模拟结果,使用了理论公式进行对比,验证了其可靠性。最后,通过算例分析,明确了理论公式的适用性。结果表明:增大板长、底板板厚以及减小连接件间距均能削弱CSPs内的剪力滞效应;不同荷载条件对于CSPs的开裂荷载影响显著;四点弯曲状态下,忽略剪力滞效应将导致较大的误差产生;增大板长、面板厚度、保温层厚度、连接件直径以及减小连接件间距,均能提高CSPs的开裂荷载;当连接件的刚度较弱时,CSPs的组合度不能得到保证,因此理论公式的计算误差较大。In order to study the shear lag effect on the cracking load of concrete sandwich panels(CSPs),a CSPs simplified calculation model is established.By introducing the maximum shear lag coefficient,derived is a theoretical formula for calculating the cracking load under different loading conditions.Then,the finite element models(FEM)under different loading conditions are established by those parameters such as panel length,top wythe thickness,insulation layer thickness,bottom wythe thickness,connectors spacing and,diameter,and analyzed are their effects on the CSPs maximum shear lag coefficient and on the cracking load.The theoretical formula is compared,and its reliability is verified according to the FEM results.Finally,the theoretical formula applicability is clarified through the example analysis.The results show that increasing the panel length,bottom wythe thickness or reducing the connectors spacing can weaken the shear lag effect in the CSPs;that different load conditions have a significant effect on the CSPs cracking load;that ignoring the shear lag effect will lead to a larger error in the cracking load when CSPs is under four-point bending;that increasing the panel length,wythe thickness,insulation layer thickness,connectors diameter and reducing connectors spacing can increase CSPs cracking load;and that the theoretical calculation error is large when the connectors stiffness is weak.
