作为活态异质文化遗产共生的城市公共建筑

摘　　要：城市公共建筑在本体功能的同时可作为城市文化的客厅,以地标存在引领对城市的记忆和认同,其空间除了分享交流传播智知之外,常以特定的结构和布局连接社会空间治理。维多利亚州立图书馆几乎与城市历史同行,在建成之初就以多功能的空间叙事,延伸维多利亚时代地缘文化对当地社会的规训,其仍旧在使用的数个阅览室和画廊以绝然不同语境的空间景观进行社会生产,完美诠释黑川纪章的新共生思想。州立图书馆不同年代的建筑、样式风格、空间领域,在萌发“共生”现象的同时通过空间穿行、记忆强化、全景敞视等场景产生点与线的空间叙事。通过挖掘历史记忆的空间诗学,探讨社会治理搭载公共建筑后产生的深远效应,阐述了城市公共建筑对城市宜居形象、美学精神、社会规训的意义共生。社会的发展与城市建筑的更迭,推动了建筑更新的衍进速率。Urban public buildings can be used as the living room of urban culture,leading the memory and recognition of the city with the existence of landmarks.In addition to sharing,exchanging and spreading knowledge,their spaces are often connected with social space governance with specific structures and layouts.Victoria State Library almost walked with the history of the city.At the beginning of its establishment,it extended the discipline of Victorian geopolitics to the local society with multifunctional spatial narration.Several reading rooms and galleries still in use were used for social production with totally different spatial landscapes,which perfectly interpreted Kurokawa's new symbiotic thought.The architecture,style and space field of state libraries in different ages have sprouted the phenomenon of"symbiosis"and at the same time produced the spatial narrative of points and lines through scenes such as space travel,memory enhancement and panoramic view.explores the far-reaching effects of social governance with public buildings through the spatial poetics of historical memory,and expounds the symbiotic significance of urban public buildings to the livable image,aesthetic spirit and social discipline of the city.The development of society and the change of urban architecture have promoted the evolution rate of architectural renewal.
