摘 要:对北京老城房屋外墙保温性能及房间气密性进行测试,建立老城房屋能耗模型。从提高外墙保温性能、房间气密性出发,综合考虑经济性与节能性,筛选北京老城房屋最佳综合改造方案。北京老城房屋外墙保温性能、房间气密性均较差。外墙内保温的节能效果优于外墙外保温,因此综合改造选择外墙内保温。与单纯保温性能、气密性改造相比,保温性能和气密性综合改造的节能效果更加显著。综合考虑经济性与节能性,北京老城房屋最佳综合改造方案为外墙内保温(40 mm厚EPS板)+断桥铝门窗,静态投资回收期为5.2 a。The thermal insulation performance of the exterior wall and the room airtightness of buildings in the old city of Beijing were tested,and the energy consumption model of buildings in the old city was established.Starting from improving the thermal insulation performance of the exterior wall and the airtightness of the room,and comprehensively considering the economy and energy saving,the best comprehensive renovation scheme for buildings in the old city of Beijing was selected.The thermal insulation performance of the exterior wall and the room airtightness of buildings in the old city of Beijing are poor.The energysaving effect of external wall internal insulation is better than that of external wall external insulation,so external wall internal insulation is chosen for comprehensive renovation.Compared with the simple renovation of thermal insulation performance and airtightness,the energy-saving effect of the comprehensive renovation of thermal insulation performance and airtightness is more significant.Taking into account both economy and energy efficiency,the best comprehensive renovation scheme for buildings in the old city of Beijing is the external wall internal insulation(40 mm thick EPS board)+broken bridge aluminum doors and windows,with a static investment payback period of 5.2 years.
