摘 要:优化数据中心机房气流组织冷却效果的途径有优化地板架空高度、开孔地板变开孔率组合、冷热通道封闭等。采用计算流体动力学模型,对优化效果进行分析评估。存在最佳地板架空高度,使机房各高度截面最高温度均比较低且分布相对均匀,冷热气流混合较少,空调系统送风效率较高。开孔地板变开孔率组合能提升气流组织分布均匀性,优化效果显著。封闭冷通道、冷热通道均封闭时,机房各高度截面最高温度下降,气流组织的冷却效果得到强化。与封闭冷通道相比,冷热通道均封闭对强化气流组织的冷却效果有限。The ways to optimize the cooling effect of the airflow organization in the data center computer room include optimizing the overhead height of the floor,combining the variable perforation rates of the perforated floor,and sealing the cold and hot aisles.Computational fluid dynamics(CFD)models were used to analyze and evaluate the optimization effect.There is an optimal overhead height for the floor,which ensures that the maximum temperature at each height section of the computer room is relatively low and relatively evenly distributed,the cold and hot airflow mixing is less,and the air supply efficiency of the air conditioning system is high.The combination of the variable perforation rates of the perforated floor can improve the uniformity of airflow organization and distribution,and the optimization effect is significant.When the cold aisle and the hot and cold aisles are closed,the maximum temperature at each height section of the computer room decreases,and the cooling effect of the airflow organization is strengthened.Compared with the closed cold aisle,the closed cold and hot aisles have limited cooling effect on strengthening the airflow organization.
