摘  要:针对收集到的失效PE管道漏气原因进行分析,对失效电熔接头进行超声相控阵检测。外力迫使管道变形导致在电熔管件连接部位及电熔焊接缺陷处产生应力集中,进而发生开裂是漏气的直接原因。对于服役年限长的管道,电熔管件熔接面发生老化,强度降低,也会增加电熔管件发生开裂的风险。利用超声相控阵技术可以很直观地得到管道焊接部位的各种缺陷信息,帮助新敷设PE燃气管道焊接质量的快速检测和抢修现场漏气点的准确判断。针对PE管道易发生失效漏气的各类原因给出合理化建议。The collected causes of gas leakage in failed PE pipelines are analyzed,and ultrasonic phased array testing is performed on the failed electrofusion joints.The direct cause of gas leakage is that external force causes deformation of the pipeline,resulting in stress concentration at the connection points of the electrofusion fittings and defects in the electrofusion welding,leading to cracking.For pipelines with a long service life,the aging of the fusion joint surface and the decrease in strength of the electrofusion fittings will also increase the risk of cracking of the electrofusion fittings.The use of ultrasonic phased array technology can intuitively obtain various defect information of pipeline welding parts,helping to quickly detect the welding quality of newly laid PE gas pipelines and accurately determine the leakage points on the repair site.Reasonable suggestions are given for various reasons why PE pipelines are prone to failure and gas leakage.
