摘　　要：平台创新性融合生成式AI与专业设计智慧,构建包含SaaS订阅、弹性算力计费、数据服务及生态分成的多元盈利体系,实现设计周期缩短60%、综合成本降低45%的突破性成效。项目依托50万案例数据集与行业级知识图谱构建竞争壁垒,推动建筑行业向“人机协同、数据驱动”新范式转型,预计五年内形成覆盖设计全链条的产业互联网生态。The platform innovatively integrates generative AI with professional design expertise to establish a diversified revenue model com⁃prising SaaS subscriptions,elastic computing power billing,data services,and ecosystem profit sharing.This has led to breakthrough achievements,including a 60%reduction in design cycle time and a 45%decrease in overall costs.Leveraging a dataset of 500,000 case studies and an industry-level knowledge graph,the project builds strong competitive barriers,driving the architectural industry toward a new paradigm of"human-machine collaboration and data-driven"development.Over the next five years,it is expected to form an industrial internet ecosystem covering the entire design value chain.
