返乡青年参与乡村振兴的现状、问题及优化路径研究

摘　　要：乡村振兴背景下,青年人才返乡是乡村发展的根本动力,通过对返乡青年的研究发现,青年人才在决定返乡的过程中存在乡村情怀与个人价值相共鸣,社会需要与职业规划相融合等情况。乡村情怀与个人价值的共鸣是青年决定返乡发展的主观因素,政策制度与创业发展是进一步吸引青年返乡的客观因素,主客观因素相互结合则体现为社会需要与职业规划的融合,多种因素共同作用表现出青年人才返乡背后的动因。通过分析返乡青年的现状以及面临的问题,可以从挖掘乡村本土特色优势、地方政府赋能创业发展路径、激活乡村本土青年潜力三个方面推动乡村高质量发展,助力乡村振兴战略全面实施。Under the background of rural revitalisation,the return of young talents to their hometowns is the fundamental driving force for rural development.Through the study of young people returning to their hometowns,it is found that there is a resonance between rural senti⁃ment and personal values,and a fusion between social needs and career planning in the process of young talents deciding to return to their hometowns.The resonance of rural sentiment and personal value is the subjective factor for young people to decide to return to their home⁃towns,the policy system and entrepreneurial development are the objective factors to further attract young people to return to their home⁃towns,and the combination of subjective and objective factors is reflected in the fusion of social needs and career planning,and a variety of factors play a role in demonstrating the motivation behind the return of young talents to their hometowns.By analysing the current situation of young people returning to their hometowns and the problems they face,we can promote the high-quality development of the countryside from three aspects:tapping the advantages of local characteristics in the countryside,empowering local governments to develop entrepre⁃neurial paths,and activating the potential of local youths in the countryside,so as to assist in the comprehensive implementation of the strat⁃egy of revitalising the countryside.
