摘　　要：校园人际冲突影响青少年的身心健康和校园环境的和谐稳定,本文通过对青少年校园人际冲突的心理剖析,探讨参与者的心理特点,从家庭、学校、社会等多方面提出预防校园人际冲突的策略,以期减少校园人际冲突的发生,为青少年的健康成长营造良好环境。Campus interpersonal conflicts affect the physical and mental health of adolescents and the harmony and stability of the campus environment.This article explores the psychological characteristics of participants in campus interpersonal conflicts through psychological analysis,and proposes strategies for preventing campus interpersonal conflicts from multiple aspects such as family,school,and society,in order to reduce the occurrence of campus interpersonal conflicts and create a good environment for the healthy growth of adolescents.
