摘 要:针对吊杆内部钢筋锈蚀易造成构件脆性断裂这一问题,本文采用有限元分析软件ABAQUS,模拟了单根锈蚀钢筋在受力状态下的应力分布情况,并通过调整锈蚀坑几何参数,研究其对应力集中系数的影响。研究表明:当锈蚀坑的几何球心位于钢筋边缘时,随着锈蚀坑的半径和深度同等增大,应力集中系数会持续增长;当锈蚀坑的几何球心位于钢筋边缘外时,对于深度一定的锈蚀坑,应力集中系数会随着半径的增大而逐渐减小,二者呈线性关系。此外,当两个锈蚀坑沿轴向分布且半径一定时,应力集中系数会随着锈蚀坑间距增加而增长,二者也呈线性关系;当两个锈蚀坑沿径向分布时,随着坑间角度增大,应力集中效应得到缓解。In response to the problem of brittle fracture caused by corrosion of steel bar inside the suspension rod,this paper employs the finite element analysis software ABAQUS to simulate the stress distribution of a single corroded steel bar under load.By adjusting the geometric parameters of the corrosion pits,the impact on the stress concentration coefficient is studied.Research has shown that when the geometric center of the corrosion pit is located at the edge of the steel bar,the stress concentration coefficient will increase continuously with the proportional enlargement of the pits'radius and depth.When the geometric center of the corrosion pit is located outside the edge of the steel bar,for a certain depth of a corrosion pit,the stress concentration coefficient decreases gradually with the increase in radius,showing a linear relationship between the two variables.Additionally,when two corrosion pits are distributed along the axial direction with a fixed radius,the stress concentration coefficient grows with the increase in the distance between the pits,also exhibiting a linear relationship between the two.When two corrosion pits are aligned radially,the stress concentration effect is alleviated as the angle between the pits increases.
