摘　　要：建筑技术的发展对装配式建筑技术提出了更高的要求,依托北京市房山区琉璃河镇安置房项目12号楼工程,从结构选取、施工工艺、材料配比等方面进行研究,选取了全装配外筒内钢框混合结构体系装配式施工技术,该施工技术可以提高房屋施工的集成化程度,提高施工效率,缩短工期。研究成果可为类似装配式建筑工程提供参考。The development of building technology puts forward higher requirements for prefabricated building technology.Based on the No.12 building project of Fangshan Lilihe resettlement House Project,this paper studied from the aspects of structure selection,construction technology and material ratio,and selected the prefabricated construction technology of fully assembled composite structure system with outer tube and inner steel frame,which can improve the integration degree of housing construction.Improve the construction efficiency and shorten the construction period.The research results can provide reference for similar prefabricated construction projects.
