摘　　要：郑州市郑东新区市民体育公园项目健身馆钢屋盖为管桁架结构,根据结构特点及现场条件,需采用汽车式起重机上首层楼板进行安装。经过对首层梁板的设计配筋验算,确定采用16t汽车式起重机上楼板进行钢结构安装。结合16t汽车式起重机的起重性能,通过对钢屋盖杆件合理的深化设计分段,同时,主桁架采用“楼面拼装+双机抬吊”的施工方法,解决了钢屋盖施工的难题,可为类似工程提供借鉴。The steel roof of the fitness center in Zhengdong New District Citizen Sports Park project in Zhengzhou City is a pipe truss structure.According to the structural characteristics and site conditions,it is necessary to use a truck crane to install the first floor.After designing and verifying the reinforcement of the first floor beams and slabs,it was determined to use a 16 tons truck crane to install the steel structure on the floor.Based on the lifting performance of the 16 tons truck crane,the steel roof members were reasonably designed and segmented.At the same time,the main truss was constructed using the method of“assembly on the floor and double machine lifting”,which solved the difficulties in steel roof construction and can provide reference for similar projects.
