摘　　要：基于ZD项目房屋,提出地基不均匀沉降及由此引起的墙体开裂问题的处理方案。通过对地基沉降原因进行分析,采用基础补强注浆加固方案,利用静压注浆方法,注入超细水泥浆液,填充缝隙,固结松散的粉质砂土,在基础周边固结形成一个大基础,发挥控制基础沉降的作用;待基础沉降稳定后,根据裂缝宽度,对裂缝进行分类,对不同类裂缝分别采用填缝法、外加网片法进行修补;按照加固方案,现场组织实施。初步处理结果表明,该处理方法效果明显,可为同类型地质条件地基不均匀沉降墙体开裂处理提供参考。Based on ZD project the treatment scheme of the uneven settlement of the building and foundation and the wall crack caused by it were put forward.Through the analysis of the causes of foundation settlement,the foundation reinforcement grouting reinforcement scheme was adopted,and the static pressure grouting method was used to inject ultra-fine cement slurry to fill the gap,consolidate the loose silty sand,and consolidate around the foundation to form a large foundation,which plays a role in controlling the foundation settlement,and wait for the foundation settlement to be stable.According to the crack width,cracks were classified,and different types of cracks were repaired by filling method and adding mesh method respectively.According to the reinforcement scheme,the site organization and implementation,the preliminary treatment results show that the treatment method has obvious effect,which can provide a reference for the treatment of uneven settlement wall cracks in the same type of geological conditions.
