摘 要:以长湖申线黎里大桥改造工程为案例,通过MADIS建模计算分析,探讨钢栈桥和水中钢平台的设计研究和施工应用,结合理论研究和实践经验,通过数值模拟预测结构在不同荷载下的响应,并对结构的稳定性、承载力和安全性进行评估。特别是针对贝雷片节点处下弦杆最大应力不满足要求的情况,提出了科学的加固策略,以确保结构在设计阶段就满足工程需求。系统总结了钢栈桥及水中钢平台的施工工艺、关键技术要点,为相关工程的顺利实施提供理论指导和技术支持。Taking the transformation project of Lili Bridge on Shenxi Line of Changhu Lake as an example,the design,research and construction application of steel trestle and underwater steel platform were discussed through MADIS modeling calculation and analysis.Combining theoretical research and practical experience,the response of the structure under different loads was predicted by numerical simulation,and the stability,bearing capacity and safety of the structure are evaluated.Especially in view of the situation that the maximum stress of the lower chord at the node of the Beret piece does not meet the requirements,a scientific strengthening strategy was put forward to ensure that the structure can meet the engineering requirements in the design stage.The construction technology and key technical points of steel trestle and steel platform in water are systematically summarized to provide theoretical guidance and technical support for the smooth implementation of related projects.
