人行吊桥承载能力和舒适度评价

摘  要:以云南省西双版纳州景洪市某人行吊桥为试验对象,开展了静力荷载试验和桥梁动力特性测试。根据CJJ 69—1995《城市人行天桥与人行地道技术规范》和EN03《德国人行桥设计指南》对该吊桥进行舒适度评价。结果表明:(1)桥梁结构在各工况试验荷载作用下,位移校验系数均值在0.00~0.96,最大相对残余位移为-25%;各工况试验荷载作用下,应变校验系数均值在0.09~0.98,最大相对残余应变为-14%。卸载后未出现裂缝,试验过程中主梁未发出异常响声或发生其他异常变形。承载能力能满足正常使用要求。(2)经模态试验得人行吊桥的自振频率为1.318 Hz,小于3 Hz,不满足CJJ 69—1995《城市人行天桥与人行地道技术规范》。经过人行激振试验,在单人行走和8人奔跑两个工况下,得到的最大加速度峰值分别为1.7036 m/s2和1.6359 m/s2,采用德国EN03人行桥设计指南评价其舒适度均为不舒适。因此,需要对该人行吊桥进行结构改进或加固措施,改善吊桥的行走舒适度。Taking a pedestrian suspension bridge in Jinghong City,Xishuangbanna Prefecture,Yunnan Province,as the test object,the static load tests and bridge dynamic characteristic tests were carried out.Based on this,the comfort evaluation of the suspension bridge is carried out according to the CJJ 69—1995 Technical specification for urban footbridge and pedestrian tunnel and the German EN03 design guide for pedestrian bridges.The results show that:(1)the average value of the displacement calibration coefficient of the bridge structure is between 0.00 and 0.96 with the maximum relative residual displacement of-25%under the test loads of each condition;the average value of the strain calibration coefficient is between 0.09 and 0.98 with the maximum relative residual strain of-14%under the test loads of each condition.No cracks appeared after unloading,and the main beam did not emit abnormal sound or other abnormal deformation during the test.The load carrying capacity can meet the normal use requirements.(2)The self-oscillation frequency of the footbridge is 1.318 Hz after modal test,which is less than 3Hz,and does not satisfy the limitation of vertical self-oscillation frequency of footbridge by CJJ 69—1995 Technical Specification for Urban Footbridges and Pedestrian Walkways.After the pedestrian excitation test,under the two working conditions of single person walking and 8 people running,the maximum acceleration peak value obtained is 1.7036 m/s2 and 1.6359 m/s2,respectively,and the comfort level of which is evaluated by using the German EN03 design guide for footbridges is uncomfortable.Therefore,structural improvement or reinforcement measures are needed to improve the walking comfort of this pedestrian suspension bridge.
