摘  要:基于滨海地区软土高含水率、高压缩性、低强度的特性,以东莞滨海地区某软土基坑为研究对象,根据室内配合比试验得出水泥或固化剂掺量和龄期与滨海软土无侧限抗压强度的关系,并通过现场原位固化施工验证其固化效果。室内配合比试验表明,对比7 d与28 d养护龄期,掺入水泥或固化剂的固化土强度随掺量增加而增长的趋势相似;掺入固化剂的固化土强度增长速率在固化剂掺量为5%~7%时最大;相对于水泥,固化剂对软土加固效果更加明显,7%固化剂掺量的固化土7 d龄期强度是相同水泥掺量的2.48倍。现场抽芯检测结果表明,固化土强度与室内配合比试验强度接近并满足设计要求。通过与传统的换填方式进行施工成本对比,得出原位固化技术具有较大的经济效益。Based on the characteristics of high moisture content,high compressibility,and low strength of soft soil in coastal areas,a soft soil foundation pit in Dongguan coastal area was taken as the research object.The relationship between the dosage and age of cement or curing agent and the unconfined compressive strength of coastal soft soil was obtained through indoor proportioning tests,and the solidification effect was verified through on-site in-situ solidification construction.Indoor proportioning tests showed that compared with the curing age of 7 days and 28 days,the trend of increasing the strength of solidified soil with the addition of cement or curing agent was similar.The strength growth rate of solidified soil with the addition of curing agent is the highest when the dosage of curing agent is 5%to 7%.Compared to cement,curing agents have a more significant effect on soft soil reinforcement.The 7 days strength of cured soil with a 7%curing agent content is 2.48 times that of the same cement content.The on-site core pulling test results show that the strength of the solidified soil is close to the strength of the indoor proportioning test and meets the design requirements.By comparing the construction cost with traditional replacement methods,it is concluded that in-situ solidification technology has significant economic benefits.
