摘　　要：在人口老龄化、健康中国、全民健身与体育强国等时代背景下,河北省老年人体育发展既面临着机遇,也存在诸多挑战。对比国内外及河北省老年人体育发展现状,河北省在体育设施、组织管理、专业指导、参与意识和资金投入等方面均存在一定的发展瓶颈。对此,应加强设施建设与管理、强化专业指导队伍建设、拓宽资金来源渠道,明确并落实法律政策依据、建立保障机制等,推动河北省老年人体育事业高质量发展,提高老年人生活质量,促进社会和谐发展。Against the backdrop of population aging,Healthy China,and the national fitness and sports power strategies,the development of elderly sports in Hebei Province faces both opportunities and challenges.A comparison of the development status of elderly sports both domestically and internationally,as well as within Hebei Province,reveals that there are development bottlenecks in sports facilities,organizational management,professional guidance,participation awareness,and financial investment.To address these issues,it is necessary to strengthen the construction and management of sports facilities,enhance the professional guidance team,broaden the sources of funding,clarify and implement legal and policy basis,and establish a guarantee mechanism.These measures will promote the high-quality development of elderly sports in Hebei Province,improve the quality of life for the elderly,and foster social harmony.
