摘  要:通过进行正交试验,研究吲哚丁酸、茶乙酸2种激素不同组合处理对薄壳山核桃扦插的影响,从不同种类激素、不同质量浓度、不同处理时间进行5个水平的正交设计试验。结果表明:不同质量浓度和不同种类激素、不同激素处理时间均对插穗的生根率有影响。得出了最优组合,外部环境温度控制在15℃左右,扦插基质温度控制在25℃时,使用1000mg/L的NAA单独处理1min的生根率最高,能够达到68.89%。已成活生根的插穗,只有激素质量浓度对其平均不定根长度有显著影响。Through an orthogonal experiment,the influence of two different hormone combinations of IBA and NAA on the cuttings of Carya illinoensis was studied.An orthogonal design experiment with five levels was carried out from different types of hormones,different concentrations,and different treatment times.The results showed that factors such as different concentrations,different types of hormones,and different hormone treatment times all had an impact on the rooting rate of the cuttings.The optimal combination was obtained.When the external environmental temperature was controlled at about 15℃ and the temperature of the cutting substrate was controlled at 25℃,the rooting rate was the highest after being treated with NAA at a concentration of 1000 mg/L alone for 1 minute,which could reach 68.89%.For the cuttings that have successfully rooted,only the hormone concentration has a significant relationship with their average adventitious root length.
