摘 要:研究以不同大小的弥勒魔芋叶面球茎和地下球茎及其切块为种芋,比较了不同类型和大小种芋的生长特征、球茎产量及品质。结果表明:不同类型种芋的叶柄长度、叶柄基部直径、叶面半径以及叶面球茎数量总体上随种芋规格增大而增加;对于同一类型的种芋,随着种芋规格增大,出芽率、繁殖系数和叶面球茎产量增大,多叶比例和生长系数减小。大号二年生种芋的地下球茎产量、叶面球茎产量和繁殖系数均最高,分别为68426.05 kg/hm^(2)、32014.48 kg/hm^(2)和31.75;叶面球茎的干物质、淀粉和蛋白质含量最高;一年生球茎的氨基酸含量最高;二年生球茎的还原糖含量最高,干物质含量最低;不同球茎的葡甘聚糖含量无显著差异。The growth traits,corm yield,and quality of Amorphophallus muelleri planted with different types and sizes of seed corms were compared in this study.The results showed that the petiole length,leaf surface radius,petiole base diameter,and number of corms growing on the leaves of A.muelleri generally increased with the increase in seed corm size.For seed corms of the same type,the germination rate,leaf surface corm yield,and reproduction coefficient increased,while the multi-leaf proportion and growth coefficient decreased with the increase in seed corm size.The A.muelleri planted with the two-year-old seed corms had the highest yields of underground and leaf surface corms and the highest reproduction coefficient,which reached 68426.05 kg/hm^(2),3014.48 kg/hm^(2),and 31.75,respectively.The dry matter,starch,and protein content in leaf surface corms were the highest.The amino acid content was the highest in one-year-old corms,while the highest reducing sugar content and the lowest dry matter content were observed in two-year-old corms.There was no significant difference in the konjac glucomannan content among different corms.
