摘 要:近年来,受工业发展和极端气候影响,作物生产面临多种非生物胁迫,对全球粮食安全构成严峻挑战。黄腐酸(FA)作为一种天然有机酸,因其在缓解植物非生物胁迫方面的显著效果而受到广泛关注。本文综述了黄腐酸的理化特性、制备工艺及其缓解植物非生物胁迫的作用机制与未来研究方向。黄腐酸可通过激活抗氧化防御系统、调节渗透平衡、促进养分吸收及调控胁迫相关激素代谢等多重途径,显著提高植物的抗逆能力。尽管现有研究已证实黄腐酸在提高作物抗逆性方面的潜力,但黄腐酸与其他生长调节剂的协同效应、其在植物体内的信号传导途径以及其调控基因表达的分子机制仍需深入探究。未来研究应着重解析黄腐酸的作用机制,优化其应用模式,并开发高效稳定的产业化技术,以推动其在可持续农业中的广泛应用。In recent years,the industrial development and extreme weather events pose multiple abiotic stress conditions to crop production,which severely challenges food security.Fulvic acid(FA),as a natural organic acid,has attracted widespread attention for its significant role in alleviating abiotic stress in plants.This article reviews the research progress in FA regarding its physical and chemical properties,preparation methods,and mechanisms of alleviating abiotic stress in plants and makes an outlook on the future research directions.FA can significantly improve the stress resistance of plants through various mechanisms such as activating the antioxidant system,regulating osmotic pressure,promoting nutrient absorption,and modulating phytohormone levels.Although studies have confirmed the role of FA in plant stress resistance,the synergistic effects of FA with other plant growth regulators,the involved signaling pathways,and the molecular mechanisms of regulating gene expression remain to be studied.Future research on FA should focus on the functioning mechanism,optimization of the application mode,and development of efficient and stable industrial production technologies,thereby promoting the widespread application of FA in sustainable agricultural production.
