防冻剂对滇丁香抗寒生理的研究初探

摘  要:为探讨低温胁迫下4种不同类型防冻剂对滇丁香抗寒能力的正向影响,为滇丁香抗寒生理研究及规模化推广提供理论依据,本研究以3 a龄滇丁香实生苗为试材进行试验,共设置CK(清水对照)、T1(氨基酸+大量元素)、T2(氨基酸+微量元素)、T3(微生物菌剂)和T4(植物激素)共5个处理。试验结果表明,T2和T4处理的株高增长均受到抑制,分枝数量和叶片数量变化幅度大于CK;T3和T4处理的相对电导率和MDA含量显著降低,Pro含量显著增加,POD活性数值在第2和第3次测定时均高于其他处理;T1~T4均抑制了叶绿素的降解;隶属函数综合评价结果显示,不同防冻剂处理下滇丁香抗寒能力强弱表现为T4>T3>T1>T2,且仅T4的D值高于CK。综上,施用4种不同类型的植物防冻剂均在一定程度上提升了滇丁香的抗寒性,其中植物激素类防冻剂(0.1%S-诱抗素)效果最佳。This study explored the positive effects of four different types of antifreeze on the cold resistance of Luculia pinceana Hook.under low temperature stress,aiming to provide a basis for the research on cold resistance physiology and the large-scale promotion of this plant.Three-year-old seedlings of L.pinceana Hook.were used as test materials.Five treatments were designed,including CK(water),T1(amino acids+macroelements),T2(amino acids+microelements),T3(microbial agent),and T4(plant hormone).The results showed that T2 and T4 demonstrated inhibited plant height growth,and the variation range of the number of branches and leaves was greater than that of CK.T3 and T4 showcased significantly reduced relative conductance and malondialdehyde content and increased proline content.In addition,T3 and T4 showcased higher peroxidase activity than other treatments at the second and third measurements.T1-T4 inhibited the degradation of chlorophyll.The evaluation results based on the membership function indicated that the cold resistance of L.pinceana Hook.in the four antifreeze treatments followed the trend of T4>T3>T1>T2,and only T4 had the D value higher than CK.In conclusion,the four types of antifreeze improved the cold resistance of L.pinceana Hook.,and the plant hormone(0.1%abscisic acid)demonstrated the best performance.
