摘 要:数字孪生与元宇宙等前沿数字化技术为制造业的转型升级开辟了新路。为此,构建了数字孪生与元宇宙驱动的虚实融合制造赋能制造业高质量发展的理论框架,并具体分析了其动力机制。进而针对数字孪生与元宇宙驱动的虚实融合制造赋能制造业高质量发展在技术、应用、人才、安全及政策与标准层面面临的问题,提出加快核心技术突破、构建协同发展产业生态、强化复合型人才支撑、推动应用场景拓展与商业模式创新等建议,旨在为制造业的数字化转型和高质量发展提供理论支撑和实践参考。Cutting-edge digital technologies,including Digital Twin and the Metaverse,have paved the way for the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry.In this context,a theoretical framework is established to illustrate how virtual-real fusion manufacturing driven by Digital Twin and the Metaverse can empower the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry,and a detailed analysis of its dynamic mechanism is conducted.Moreover,in view of the challenges that the virtual-real fusion manufacturing driven by Digital Twin and the Metaverse encounters when enabling the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry,specifically at the aspects of technology,application,talent,security,as well as policies and standards,several suggestions are proposed.These suggestions include accelerating breakthroughs in core technologies,fostering a coordinated industrial ecosystem for development,enhancing the support of interdisciplinary talents,and promoting the expansion of application scenarios and innovation of business models.The purpose is to provide both theoretical underpinnings and practical guidance for the digital transformation and high-quality development of the manufacturing industry.
