高架桥节段梁极小半径大纵坡架设技术探究

摘  要:针对城市既有道路空间限制及复杂地形条件,以实际项目为例,以小节段梁为研究对象,探究高架桥节段梁在极小半径大纵坡条件下的架设技术。依据节段梁灵活的结构特征,采用“主梁预偏+平分中矢+高低错位”的施工技术,实现稳定、高效的架设。施工效果表明,通过合理选择施工策略和精确的技术控制,可有效解决小节段梁在极端条件下的架设难题。To address the construction challenges of viaduct segmental beams under geometrically constrained urban environments,characterized by tight radius and steep longitudinal slopes,the optimized construction techniques are explored for small-segment precast beams,leveraging their inherent structural flexibility to overcome spatial limitations.Through a real-world engineering case study,a novel“pre-offset beam alignment with mid-chord equal division and vertical staggering”construction technique is proposed to achieve enhanced stability,construction efficiency and dimensional control.The results demonstrate that the construction challenges of small-segment beams under extreme conditions can be effectively tackled through rational construction strategy selection and precision technical control.
