多层螺旋CT冠脉成像联合心电图在冠心病诊断中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的 探究多层螺旋CT(MSCT)冠状动脉成像技术和心电图检查相互结合在冠心病诊断中的效果。方法 选取2023年4月—2024年4月在本院接受治疗的疑似冠心病患者102例为研究对象,所有疑似冠心病患者都接受心电图检查和MSCT冠状动脉成像检查。结果 对102例疑似冠心病的患者进行了医学检查,经冠脉造影确诊81例,其中74例心电图呈阳性,阳性率为91.36%。结合MSCT冠脉成像,阳性病例增至80例,阳性率提升至98.77%。MSCT冠脉成像结合心电图检查的一致性更佳(Kappa值=0.912,P<0.001)。对比分析冠心病患者以及非冠心病患者的左心功能指标,冠心病组的左室射血分数和心输出量都低于非冠心病组,但是左室舒张末期容积(EDV)和左室收缩末期容积(ESV)则显著高于非冠心病组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 MSCT冠状动脉成像技术和心电图检查相互结合,对于冠心病的诊断具有显著的应用价值。Objective This study aims to investigate the specific application value and clinical practical significance of the combination of multi-slice spiral CT coronary artery imaging technology and electrocardiogram examination in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 102 suspected coronary heart disease patients who received treatment in our hospital from April 2023 to April 2024 were selected for this study.All suspected coronary heart disease patients underwent electrocardiogram examination and MSCT coronary artery imaging examination.Results Medical examinations were conducted on 102 suspected patients with coronary heart disease.Coronary angiography confirmed 81 patients,and 74 patients had positive electrocardiograms,with a positive rate of 91.36%.Combined with MSCT coronary imaging,the number of positive cases increased to 80,and the positivity rate increased to 98.77%.The consistency of MSCT coronary imaging combined with electrocardiogram examination is better(Kappa value=0.912,P<0.001).For patients with coronary heart disease and non coronary heart disease,a comparative analysis of left heart function indicators showed that the left ejection fraction and cardiac output of the coronary heart disease group were lower than those of the non coronary heart disease group,but the left ventricular end diastolic volume(EDV)and left ventricular end systolic volume(ESV)were significantly higher than those of the non coronary heart disease group,and these differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of MSCT coronary artery imaging technology and electrocardiogram examination has significant application value for the diagnosis of coronary heart disease.
