摘　　要：目的 分析增城地区中学生对心肺复苏(CPR)技能的认知水平及掌握现状以及他们对CPR技能的培训需求,旨在为提升该地区中学生CPR技能水平以及进一步在中学生中开展CPR培训提供依据。方法 以在线问卷调查的形式对2021年2月—2022年12月广州市增城区12所学校的中学生进行了调查。内容包括调查对象的一般人口学资料、对CPR认知程度、技能掌握情况以及对CPR技能的培训需求等。结果 本研究共发放电子问卷1056份,回收有效问卷1000份,有效回收率为94.70%。90.40%的中学生知晓CPR;中学生对CPR技能的掌握率为28.40%~90.40%,掌握率排前三位的CPR技能分别为CPR按压部位(90.40%)、呼吸判断(42.10%)和CPR操作程序(40.50%)。中学生对CPR技能的学习意识较强,98.90%的学生愿意接受CPR技能培训,但仅有38.60%的学生反映曾接受过CPR相关知识的培训。在愿意接受CPR技能培训的学生中,绝大多数学生(92.52%)希望通过讲座获得CPR技能知识,其次为通过医生或护士的授课(76.24%)以及通过网络途径(52.98%)。结论 增城地区中学生的CPR知晓率较高,但CPR技能掌握率较低;中学生对CPR技能的学习意愿较强烈,后续可通过多种形式的CPR技能培训全面提升中学生对CPR技能的掌握水平。Objective To understand the current status of awareness and mastery of cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR)skills among middle school students in Zengcheng area,as well as the training needs for CPR skills,in order to provide a basis for improving CPR skills among middle school students in the area and further conducting CPR training among the middle school population.Methods An online questionnaire survey was conducted among middle school students from 12 schools in Zengcheng District,Guangzhou from February 2021 to December 2022.The survey included general demographic information,knowledge and skills of CPR,as well as training needs for CPR skills.Results A total of 1056 electronic questionnaires were distributed in this study,and 1000 valid questionnaires were collected,with an effective response rate of 94.70%.90.40%of middle school students are aware of CPR;The mastery rate of CPR skills among middle school students ranges from 28.40%to 90.40%.The top three CPR skills in terms of mastery rate are CPR compression site(90.40%),respiratory judgment(42.10%),and CPR operating procedures(40.50%).Middle school students have a strong awareness of learning CPR skills,with 98.90%of students willing to receive CPR skill training,but only 38.60%of students reporting having received CPR related knowledge training.Among students willing to receive CPR skills training,the vast majority(92.52%)hope to acquire CPR skills knowledge through lectures,followed by lectures by doctors and nurses(76.24%)and online(52.98%).Conclusion The awareness rate of CPR among middle school students in Zengcheng area is relatively high,but the mastery rate of CPR skills is low;Middle school students have a strong awareness of learning CPR skills,and their mastery of CPR skills can be comprehensively improved through various forms of CPR skill training in the future.
