X医院2023年住院患儿止咳化痰类中成药使用情况分析

摘　　要：目的 分析X医院2023年住院患儿止咳化痰类中成药的使用情况,促进合理用药。方法 收集本院2023年136例住院患儿的处方数据,统计止咳化痰类中成药的使用情况,分析患儿特征、疾病构成、中成药使用情况。结果 (1)136例患儿中,男84例,女52例;平均年龄为(3.71±1.14)岁。(2)疾病类型包括急性支气管炎、支气管肺炎、急性咽炎等,其中以支气管肺炎最多,急性支气管炎次之。(3)处方中的止咳化痰类中成药包括复方甘草合剂、清宣止咳颗粒、小儿肺热咳喘颗粒、肺力咳合剂、急支糖浆、蛇胆川贝液六种,其中使用最多的是复方甘草合剂,其次是小儿肺热咳喘颗粒、清宣止咳颗粒等。(4)不合理处方共8张,不合理原因包括重复用药、合并用药过多、选药不当等。结论 X医院2023年住院患儿止咳化痰类中成药的使用基本合理,但仍需严格按《药典》规范使用。Objective To analyze the use of traditional Chinese patent medicines and simple preparations for relieving cough and resolving phlegm in children hospitalized in X Hospital in 2023 and promote rational drug use.Methods The prescriptions of hospitalized children in our hospital in 2023 were collected,the use of traditional Chinese patent medicines and simple preparations for relieving cough and resolving phlegm was counted,and the characteristics of children,disease composition,and use of traditional Chinese patent medicines and simple preparations were analyzed.Results(1)There were a total of 136 pediatric patients in the prescription,including 84 males and 52 females,with an average age of(3.71±1.14)years;(2)The types of diseases include acute bronchitis,bronchopneumonia,acute pharyngitis,etc.Among them,bronchopneumonia is the most common,followed by acute bronchitis;(3)The prescription of cough relieving and expectorant traditional Chinese patent medicines and simple preparations includes compound licorice mixture,Qingxuan Zhike Granule,Xiaoer Feire Kechuan Granule,Feilike Mixture,Jizhi Syrup,Shedan Chuanbei Liquid,among which compound licorice mixture is used most,followed by Xiaoer Feire Kechuan Granule,Qingxuan Zhike Granule,etc;(4)There are 8 unreasonable prescriptions,including repeated use of drugs,excessive combination of drugs,improper drug selection,etc.Conclusion In 2023,the use of traditional Chinese patent medicines and simple preparations for relieving cough and resolving phlegm for hospitalized children in X Hospital is basically reasonable,but it still needs to be used in strict accordance with the Pharmacopoeia.
