摘　　要：目的 探究盐酸二甲双胍缓释片在糖尿病治疗中的药学价值与应用效果。方法 抽取2021年3月—2023年2月入院的90位糖尿病患者为研究对象,通过随机分配方法将其分为研究组和对照组,每组45例。对照组采用盐酸二甲双胍片治疗,而研究组则采用盐酸二甲双胍缓释片治疗;比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果 治疗后,两组空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2hPBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)水平均比治疗前有所下降,且研究组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组空腹胰岛素和胰岛素抵抗指数均低于对照组,胰岛素分泌指数则高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组不良反应的总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 采用盐酸二甲双胍缓释片治疗糖尿病患者,能显著提升其治疗效果,有效调节患者血糖水平,从而提高患者生存质量,具有较高的药学价值,值得推广。Objective To explore the significance and application effect of the pharmaceutical hydrochloric acid mitoly release tablets in the treatment of diabetes.Methods In this study,90 diabetic patients who were admitted from March 2021 to February 2023 were divided into 45 cases of research groups and control groups through random distribution methods.In the control group,patients received hydrochloric acid di metarisal tablets treatment for treatment The research team used hydrochloride dilateral mitons to treat,comparing the treatment results of the two groups of patients.Results After treatment,the levels of FBG,2HPBG and HBALC have decreased to a certain degree than before treatment.The reduction level is closer to normal levels than the control group,and the two groups compared to P<0.05;after treatment,the two groups of insulin parameters level level level There are certain differences from before treatment,there is a certain improving trend,the research improvement effect is better than the control group,and the two groups compared to P<0.05;the total effective rate of the research group after treatment is 93.33%,and the control group is 82.22%;after treatment The total incidence of adverse reactions in the research group was 6.67%,the control group was 17.78%,and the two groups compared to P<0.05.Conclusion The use of dilateral hydrochloric acid mitochide tablets to treat patients with diabetes can significantly improve the treatment effect and effectively regulate blood sugar levels,thereby improving the quality of survival of patients,high pharmaceutical value,and worth promoting.
