摘　　要：目的 研究冠心宁片治疗颈动脉粥样硬化的效果。方法 选取2023年5月—2024年5月本院收治的颈动脉粥样硬化患者160例进行分组研究,随机将其分为对照组和试验组,每组80例。对照组采用西医常规药物进行降血脂治疗,试验组患者在此基础上采用冠心宁片进行治疗,两组治疗周期均为4个月。比较两组治疗前后的症状改善情况,通过颈部血管彩超进行结果跟踪。结果 试验组颈动脉内膜厚度及颈动脉斑块面积治疗效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 联合使用冠心宁片治疗颈动脉粥样硬化优于常规药物降脂治疗。Objective To study the clinical effect of Guanxinning tablet on patients with carotid atherosclerosis.Methods 160 cases of patients with carotid atherosclerosis in our hospital from May 203 to may 2024 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 80 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine to reduce blood lipids,and the experimental group was treated with Guanxinning tablets on this basis.The treatment cycle of the two groups was 4 months.The improvement of symptoms before and after treatment was compared between the two groups,and the results were tracked by color Doppler ultrasound of cervical vessels..Results The treatment effect of carotid intima thickness and carotid plaque area in experimental group was better than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Combined use of Guanxinning tablets is better than conventional drugs in the treatment of carotid atherosclerosis.
