摘　　要：目的 探讨环孢素联合血小板生成素(TPO)对非重型再生障碍性贫血(NSAA)患者生活质量的影响。方法 选取2022年5月—2024年5月本院收治的108例NSAA患者为研究对象,按随机数表法将其分为对照组(54例)与研究组(54例),对照组采用环孢素治疗,研究组采用环孢素+TPO治疗,两组均连续治疗4周。观察两组临床疗效、不良反应,对比两组治疗前、治疗4周后免疫指标(CD4+、CD8+)、生活质量。结果 研究组总有效率比对照组高(P<0.05);两组不良反应比较,差异不显著(P>0.05);治疗4周后,研究组CD4+比对照组高,CD8+比对照组低(P<0.05);治疗4周后,研究组生活质量各维度评分比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论 环孢素联合TPO可提高NSAA患者临床疗效,调节免疫指标,改善生活质量,且不会增加不良反应。Objective To explore the effect of cyclosporine combined with thrombopoietin(TPO)on the quality of life of patients with non-severe aplastic anemia(NSAA).Methods From May 2022 to May 2024,108 patients with NSAA were randomly divided into control group(54 cases)and study group(54 cases).The control group was treated with cyclosporine,while the study group was treated with cyclosporine+TPO.Both groups were treated continuously for 4 weeks.The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed,and the immune indexes(CD4+,CD8+)and quality of life of the two groups were compared before and after treatment for 4 weeks.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,CD4+in the study group was higher than that in the control group,while CD8+was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the scores of quality of life in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Cyclosporine combined with TPO can improve the clinical efficacy of NSAA patients,adjust immune indexes and improve the quality of life without increasing adverse reactions.
