半夏白术天麻汤加减治疗眩晕痰浊上蒙证的临床观察

摘　　要：目的 评析眩晕痰浊上蒙证的临床治疗中应用半夏白术天麻汤加减的效果。方法 选取2021年6月—2024年6月宜昌市第五人民医院接诊的80例眩晕痰浊上蒙证患者为研究对象,基于随机双盲法将其划分为西医组和中医组,每组40例。西医组采用盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗,中医组采用半夏白术天麻汤加减治疗,分析比较两组眩晕痰浊上蒙证患者的治疗总有效率、中医证候积分、眩晕障碍量表评分。结果 中医组治疗总有效率高于西医组(χ~2=5.0000,P=0.0253)。治疗后,中医组中医证候积分(眩晕、头昏发蒙、视物旋转)低于西医组(P<0.05)。中医组眩晕情况优于西医组(P<0.05)。结论 在眩晕痰浊上蒙证的临床治疗中应用半夏白术天麻汤加减具有较好的临床效果,值得借鉴。Objective To analyze the clinical treatment of dizziness with phlegm turbidity and upper Mongolian syndrome using modified Banxia Baizhu Tianma Tang.Methods 80 patients with dizziness,phlegm turbidity,and upper Mongolian syndrome admitted to the Fifth People's Hospital of Yichang City from June 2021 to June 2024 were randomly divided into a Western medicine group and a Traditional Chinese Medicine group using a double-blind method.40 patients in the Western medicine group were treated with Flunarizine Hydrochloride Capsules,while 40 patients in the Traditional Chinese Medicine group were treated with Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction with modifications.The total effective rate,Traditional Chinese Medicine symptom score,and vertigo disorder scale score of the two groups of patients with dizziness,phlegm turbidity,and upper Mongolian syndrome were examined.Results The total effective rate of traditional Chinese medicine group was 97.50%higher than that of Western medicine group(82.50%,χ2=5.0000,P=0.0253).After treatment,the TCM syndrome score(dizziness,vertigo,and visual rotation)in the TCM group was lower than that in the Western medicine group(P<0.05).The dizziness situation in the traditional Chinese medicine group was better than that in the Western medicine group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction in the clinical treatment of dizziness,phlegm turbidity,and upper Mongolian syndrome has good clinical effects and is worth learning from.
