丙泊酚联合利多卡因对行人工流产的女性术中体动次数及术后苏醒时间的影响

摘　　要：目的 探究丙泊酚联合利多卡因对行人工流产的女性术中体动次数及术后苏醒时间的影响。方法 选取2022年1月—2023年12月在本院80例行人工流产术的患者作为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组(丙泊酚2.5 mg/kg)和观察组(2%利多卡因注射液2 mL+丙泊酚2.5 mg/kg),每组40例。比较两组受试者术中体动次数及程度、术后下腹疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、术后苏醒时间及围术期不良反应情况。结果 观察组丙泊酚用量、术中体动次数及程度、术后苏醒时间均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后10 min、30 min、60 min下腹VAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组围术期呼吸抑制、头晕、恶心呕吐的总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 丙泊酚联合利多卡因可有效减少人工流产术中患者的体动次数及丙泊酚用量,缓解术后下腹疼痛,缩短术后苏醒时间,减少不良反应。Objective To investigate the effect of propofol combined with lidocaine on the number of physical movements during surgery and postoperative awakening time in women undergoing artificial abortion.Methods Eighty women who underwent artificial abortion in our hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group(propofol 2.5 mg/kg)and an observation group(2%lidocaine injection 2 mL+propofol 2.5 mg/kg)with 40 patients in each group.The number and extent of intra-operative physical movements,postoperative Visual Analog Scale(VAS)score for lower abdominal pain,postoperative awakening time and perioperative adverse reactions were compared between the two groups of subjects.Results The dosage of propofol,the number and degree of intra-operative physical movements,and the postoperative awakening time in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The VAS scores of the lower abdomen in the observation group at 10minutes,30minutes and 60 minutes after surgery were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of perioperative respiratory depression,dizziness,nausea and vomiting in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Propofol combined with lidocaine can effectively reduce the number of intraoperative body movements and the amount of propofol used in women undergoing artificial abortion,relieve postoperative lower abdominal pain,shorten postoperative recovery time,and reduce adverse reactions.
