摘　　要：目的 观察6s精细化管理联合PDCA循环护理对口腔种植修复牙列缺损患者修复效果及心理韧性法影响。方法 将本院(2024年6月—2024年12月)牙列缺损患者总计100例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分成两组,每组50例。两组患者均进行口腔种植修复治疗,对照组采用常规护理,研究组采用6s精细化管理与PDCA循环护理联合的护理模式。比较护理前、后两组患者的不良情绪、治疗疼痛评分、心理韧性评分,并评价修复效果。结果 护理后,两组不良情绪、治疗疼痛评分均低于护理前,且研究组更低,而两组心理韧性评分均较前提升,且研究组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组修复总有效率较对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对行口腔种植修复的牙列缺损患者,联合采用6s精细化管理与PDCA循环护理,可明显减轻不良情绪,缓解其疼痛严重程度,提升其心理韧性与修复总有效率,取得了令人满意的效果。Objective To observe the effect of 6s refined management combined with PDCA cycle nursing on the restoration effect and psychological resilience of patients with dental implant repair of dental arch defects.Methods A total of 100 patients with dental defects in our hospital(June 2024 December 2024)were enrolled.Both groups of patients underwent oral implant restoration treatment and were randomly divided into two groups of 50 each using a random number table method.The control group received routine care,while the study group received 6s refined management combined with PDCA cycle care.Compare the negative emotions,treatment pain scores,and psychological resilience scores of patients before and after nursing,and evaluate the repair effect.Results After nursing,the scores of negative emotions and treatment pain in both groups were lower than before nursing,and the study group was lower.However,the psychological resilience scores of both groups improved compared to before nursing,and the study group was higher.The total effective rate of repair in the study group was higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Six second refined management combined with PDCA cycle nursing can significantly reduce negative emotions and pain severity,improve psychological resilience and overall repair efficiency in patients with dental implant restoration of dental defects,with ideal results.
