个性化间歇导尿方案在神经源性膀胱护理中的效果

摘　　要：目的 观察个性化间歇导尿方案在神经源性膀胱护理中的效果。方法 选取2023年11月—2024年10月在某院接受治疗的神经源性膀胱患者60例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为实验组和对照组,每组30例。对照组实施常规护理,实验组采用个性化间歇导尿方案护理。观察并记录干预前后患者的膀胱功能、并发症、排尿情况等指标。结果 护理后,实验组在膀胱压力、膀胱容量、24 h单次排尿量、日排尿次数、残余尿量等方面均优于对照组(P<0.05)。此外,实验组的并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 个性化间歇导尿方案能够显著改善神经源性膀胱患者的膀胱功能,降低并发症发生率,提高护理效果与患者满意度,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the effect of personalized intermittent catheterization in neuronal bladder care.Methods A total of 60 patients with neuronal bladder treated in a hospital from November 2023 to October 2024 were selected and divided into experimental group and control group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the experimental group received individualized intermittent catheterization.The indexes of bladder function,complications and urination before and after intervention were observed and recorded.Results After nursing,the experimental group was significantly better than the control group in terms of bladder pressure,bladder capacity,24-hour single urination volume,daily urination times and residual urine volume.The improvement of relevant indicators between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).In addition,the complication rate of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was also statistically significant.Conclusion Personalized intermittent catheterization can significantly improve the bladder function of patients with neuronal bladder,reduce the incidence of complications,improve the nursing effect and patient satisfaction,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
