肌内效贴配合神经松动术对非特异性下腰痛的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的 探析肌内效贴配合神经松动术对非特异性下腰痛的临床疗效。方法 选取2023年1月—2024年7月本院收治的40例非特异性下腰痛患者为研究对象,用随机数字表法将其分为两组,每组20例。对照组实施单一的神经松动术治疗,实验组联合实施肌内效贴与神经松动术治疗;观察两组患者疗效、疼痛改善情况及腰部功能。结果 两组治疗总有效率对比,实验组较高(P<0.05)。干预前,两组疼痛评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后3 d、7 d、14 d时,两组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分均降低,且实验组低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预前,两组日本骨科协会推荐的颈脊髓功能评分法(JOA评分法)评分、Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)评分、腰椎曲度、腰屈曲活动度对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后,两组JOA评分、腰椎曲度、腰屈曲活动度均升高,且实验组高于对照组(P<0.05);两组ODI评分均降低,且实验组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结果 在非特异性下腰痛的治疗中,联合采用肌内效贴与神经松动术,能够有效缓解患者疼痛,提升患者腰椎功能。Objective To explore the application value of combining kinesio taping with nerve mobilization technique in treating patients non-specific low back pain.Methods A total of 40 patients with non-specific low back pain who visited the outpatient clinic or were admitted to the hospital January 2023 to July 2024 were included in the study.They were divided into two groups using a random number table.One received only nerve mobilization technique(n=20,control group),while the other group received kinesio taping combined with nerve mobilization technique(n=20,experimental group).The effectiveness,pain improvement,and lumbar function of both groups were observed.Results The overall effective rate of treatment was in the experimental group,with P<0.05.Before the intervention,there was no difference in pain scores between the two groups,with P>.05.After the intervention at 3 d,7 d,and 14 d,the pain scores were lower in the experimental group,with<0.05.Before the intervention,there were no differences in JOA scores,ODI scores,lumbar lordosis,and lumbar flex range between the two groups,with P>0.05.After the intervention,the JOA scores,lumbar lordosis,and lumbar flex range were higher in the experimental group,while the ODI scores were lower,with P<0.05.Conclusion Combining kinesio taping with nerve mobilization technique in treating non-specific low back pain can effectively alleviate pain and improve lumbar function.
