摘　　要：目的 探讨新生儿早期基本保健措施在新生儿护理中的应用价值。方法 选择广东省妇幼保健院产科2023年6月—2023年12月收治的100名新生儿为研究对象,按随机数表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组实施传统分娩后护理,观察组实施新生儿早期基本保健措施,对比两组觅乳时间、脐带脱落时间、24 h内低血糖发生率、24 h内低体温发生率、护理4周后的生长发育(体重及上臂围)、母乳喂养效率、婴儿过敏反应。结果 (1)观察组觅乳时间、啼哭持续时间、脐带脱落时间均低于对照组(P<0.05);(2)观察组24 h内低血糖发生率、低体温发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05);(3)护理后第4周,观察组体重、上臂围等指标均高于对照组(P<0.05);(4)观察组母乳喂养效率评分、婴儿过敏反应分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 在新生儿护理中应用新生儿早期基本保健措施的成效显著,能缩短其觅乳时间和脐带脱落时间,降低24 h内新生儿低血糖、低体温的发生率,避免住院期间出现不良结局,促进其身体健康发育,值得推广。Objective To explore the application value of early basic health care measures for newborns in neonatal nursing.Methods 100 newborns from the Obstetrics and Gynecology Department of Guangdong Maternal and Child Health Hospital from June 2023 to December 2023 were selected as experimental subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received traditional postpartum care,while the observation group received early basic health measures for newborns.The two groups were compared in terms of seeking milk time,umbilical cord detachment time,incidence of hypoglycemia within 24 hours,incidence of hypothermia within 24 hours,growth and development(weight and upper arm circumference)after 4 weeks of care,breastfeeding efficiency,and infant allergic reactions.Results(1)The observation group had lower milk seeking time,crying duration,and umbilical cord detachment time than the control group(P<0.05);(2)The incidence of hypoglycemia and hypothermia within 24 hours in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);(3)In the fourth week after nursing,the weight and upper arm circumference of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);(4)The observation group had better breastfeeding efficiency scores and infant allergy reaction scores than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of early basic health care measures for newborns in neonatal care has achieved significant results,shortening their milk seeking time and umbilical cord detachment time,reducing the incidence of neonatal hypoglycemia and hypothermia within 24 hours,avoiding adverse outcomes during hospitalization,and promoting their healthy development.It is worth promoting.
