摘　　要：目的 探讨Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭急性发展期(AECOPD)治疗中,应用中西医结合胸部物理治疗方案的效果。方法 纳入2022年1月—2024年4月入住本院重症医学科的84例AECOPD患者为研究对象,依据随机数字表法将其分为两组,每组42例。其中,对照组进行常规治疗,观察组在对照组的治疗基础上应用中西医结合胸部物理治疗方案,对比两组呼吸频率、血氧饱和度、动脉血氧分压、呼吸机相关肺炎发生率、氧合指数。结果 观察组治疗后1~5 d呼吸频率降低,血氧饱和度、动脉血氧分压、氧合指数升高,呼吸机相关肺炎发生率下降,P<0.05。结论 在AECOPD治疗中,应用中西医结合胸部物理治疗方案,可改善呼吸频率、血氧饱和度、动脉血氧分压,降低呼吸机相关肺炎发生率,值得借鉴。Objective To explore the value of combined Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of AECOPD treatment.Methods 84 patients with AECOPD were included in the intensive medical department from January 2022 to April 2024,and were divided into 2 groups based on the"Random Digital Table Law",each group of 42 cases.On the basis of the control group,the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine chest physical therapy schemes was received.Compared with the two groups of respiratory frequencies,blood oxygen saturation,arterial blood oxygen pressure,ventilator-related pneumonia incidence,and oxygen index.Results 1~5 days after the observation group was treated with a decrease in respiratory frequency,blood oxygen saturation,arterial blood oxygen pressure,and increased oxygen index,and the incidence of pneumonia related to ventilator decreased,P<0.05.Conclusion The application of traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of AECOPD treatment can improve respiratory frequency,blood oxygen saturation,arterial blood oxygen pressure,and reduce the incidence of pneumonia related to ventilator.It is worth learning.
