摘  要:目的 分析枸橼酸咖啡因辅助治疗新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征(neonatal respiratory distress syndrome,NRDS)的效果及对呼吸功能的影响。方法 选取2020年9月—2024年9收治的NRDS 300例,依随机数字表法将其分为两组,每组150例。对照组给予机械通气治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予枸橼酸咖啡因辅助治疗,对比两组患儿血气指标[二氧化碳分压(PCO_2)、氧分压(PaO_2)、血氧饱和度(SaO_2)]、肺功能及临床恢复情况。结果 观察组血气指标(PCO_2、PaO_2、SaO_2)、肺功能指标、临床指标均优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组T-AOC水平、GSH-Px水平高于对照组,CD62E水平、 MDA水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 针对NRDS,采用枸橼酸咖啡因辅助治疗在改善患儿血气指标、减轻血清氧化应激反应、提高其肺功能中具有显著效果,可促进患儿快速康复。Objective To analyze the efficacy of caffeine citrate as adjuvant therapy for neonatal respiratory distress syndrome(NRDS)and its impact on respiratory function.Methods 300 cases of neonatal RDS admitted from September 2020 to September 2024 were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method:a control group and an observation group,with 150 cases in each group.The control group received mechanical ventilation treatment,while the observation group received citric acid caffeine as an adjuvant therapy on the basis of the control group.The clinical treatment effects of the two groups of patients were compared.Results The blood gas indicators,lung function,and clinical indicators of the observation group were superior to those of the control group(P<0.05);The levels of T-AOC and GSH-Px in the observation group were higher than those in the control group after treatment,while CD6E and MDA were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of neonatal RDS,the use of caffeine citrate as adjuvant therapy has significant effects in improving blood gas indicators,reducing serum oxidative stress reactions,and enhancing lung function,which can promote rapid recovery of the child.
