摘　　要：目的 探究医护一体化感染控制管理模式对手术室医院感染率的影响。方法 纳入2023年11月—2024年11月在本院接受手术治疗的216例患者,以随机数字表法将其分为两组,每组108例。对照组采用常规手术室感染控制管理模式,观察组采用医护一体化感染控制管理模式,对比两组的干预效果。结果 相较于对照组,观察组总感染率与并发症发生率更低,手术室管理质量评分更高,患者对医疗服务的满意度更高(P<0.05)。结论 在医院手术室内采用医护一体化感染控制管理模式,能有效降低手术室医院感染率与并发症发生率,对提高手术室管理质量有着重要意义,进而可为患者提供更为满意的手术室管理方案。Objective The purpose of this study is to clarify the the impact of the integrated infection control and management model of medical care on the hospital infection rate in operating rooms.Methods A total of 216 patients who underwent surgical treatment in the hospital from November 2023 to November 2024 were included in the study.They were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method,with 108 patients in the control group and 108 patients in the observation group.The control group received routine surgical infection control management intervention,while the observation group received integrated medical and nursing infection control management intervention.The effects of different interventions were compared and analyzed.Results Compared to the control group,the observation group had a lower overall infection rate and incidence of complications,a higher quality score for operating room management,and a higher patient satisfaction with medical services(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing an integrated infection control and management model for medical staff in hospital operating rooms can help reduce the incidence of hospital acquired infections and complications,which is of great significance for improving the quality of operating room management and providing patients with more satisfactory operating room management solutions.
