摘 要:目的 研究主被动踏车结合作业疗法联合肺康复运动在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)康复期患者中的应用及对患者肺功能与生活质量的影响。方法 选取2023年6月—2024年6月本院收治的84例COPD康复期为研究对象,通过随机数字表法将其分为两组,每组42例。对照组采取肺康复运动干预模式,观察组在肺康复运动基础上加以主被动踏车结合作业疗法。对比两组治疗前后肺功能、运动功能以及生活质量。结果 治疗后,观察组和对照组肺功能指标值均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组6 min步行试验(6MWD)距离均大于治疗前,而Borg(BS)量表评分低于治疗前,且观察组BS评分更低,6MWD距离更大(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组生活质量评分治疗后高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 COPD康复期患者采用主被动踏车结合作业疗法联合肺康复运动治疗后,可有效改善患者的运动功能和肺功能,提高患者的生活质量。Objective To investigate the application of combined active-passive cycling occupational therapy and pulmonary rehabilitation exercises in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)during the rehabilitation period,and its effects on lung function and quality of life.Methods A total of 84 patients in the rehabilitation stage of COPD treated at our hospital from June 2023 to June 2024 were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into two groups using a random number table.The control group consisted of 42 patients undergoing pulmonary rehabilitation exercises,while the observation group included 42 patients receiving combined active-passive cycling occupational therapy in addition to pulmonary rehabilitation exercises.Lung function,exercise capacity,and quality of life were compared before and after treatment between the two groups.Results Lung function after treatment was higher in both the observation and control groups compared to before treatment,with the observation group showing greater improvement than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the six-minute walking distance(6MWD)increased in both groups compared to baseline,while Borg Scale(BS)scores decreased,with the observation group achieving lower BS scores and higher 6MWD than the control group(P<0.05).Additionally,quality of life scores improved in both groups post-treatment,with the observation group showing greater enhancements than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of active-passive cycling occupational therapy and pulmonary rehabilitation exercises effectively improves exercise capacity and lung function in COPD patients during the rehabilitation period,thereby enhancing their quality of life.
