摘 要:目的 探析肺结核患者采用Teach-back健康教育法的价值。方法 在2023年11月—2024年8月因肺结核到院就诊患者中选取90例配合研究,结合随机数字表法将其分为两组,每组45例。对照组采用常规健康指导,观察组采用Teach-back健康教育法。对比两组健康素养、自护能力及知识掌握度评分。结果 干预后,观察组健康素养评分较对照组高(P<0.05);干预后,观察组自护能力评分较对照组高(P<0.05);干预后,观察组知识掌握度评分较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论 在对肺结核患者进行宣教的过程中,采用Teach-back健康教育法的效果明显,可明显提升患者自身健康素养,增强其自护能力,显著提高患者对疾病知识的掌握度,在临床上具有借鉴及推广的价值。Objective To explore the value of Teach-back health education in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods From November 2023 to August 2024,90 patients who were hospitalized for pulmonary tuberculosis were selected to cooperate with the study,and they were divided into two equal groups,with 45 cases in each group,combined with random number table method.The control group was given routine health guidance,and the observation group was given a teach-back health education method.The two groups were rated for health literacy,self-care ability and knowledge mastery.Results The health literacy and self-care ability score of the observation group was higher than another group(P<0.05),and the score of knowledge mastery after intervention in the observation group was higher than another group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the Teach-back health education method has a significant effect in the education of tuberculosis patients,and the patients'own health literacy is significantly improved,their self-care ability is enhanced,and the mastery of disease knowledge is significantly improved,which can be used for reference and promotion in clinical practice.
