摘　　要：《多囊卵巢综合征病证结合诊疗指南》由中国医师协会中西医结合医师分会内分泌与代谢病专业委员会、北京中西医结合学会内分泌专业委员会组织全国内分泌科、妇科等重点专科临床专家共同编写。本指南以病证结合诊疗为原则,基于循证医学证据采用共识会议法形成推荐意见,内容涉及多囊卵巢综合征的病证结合诊断、病证结合综合治疗、病证结合康复等。本指南的制订旨在为我国多囊卵巢综合征的规范诊疗提供参考,提高多囊卵巢综合征的病证结合诊治水平。The"Guidelines for the Integrated Diagnosis and Treatment of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome Based on Disease and Syndrome Differentiation"were developed by the Endocrinology and Metabolism Committee of the Chinese Medical Doctor Association Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Branch and the Endocrinology Committee of the Beijing Association of Integrative Medicine,in collaboration with clinical experts from key endocrinology and gynecology departments nationwide.This guideline adheres to the principle of integrating disease and syndrome differentiation for diagnosis and treatment,and forms recommendations based on evidence-based medicine through consensus meetings.The guideline covers the integrated diagnosis of polycystic ovary syndrome,comprehensive treatment based on disease and syndrome differentiation,and rehabilitation strategies.The development of this guideline aims to provide a reference for the standardized diagnosis and treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome in China,and to enhance the level of integrated disease and syndrome differentiation in its management.
