B超在产后出血和晚期产后出血中的运用分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨B超在产后出血和晚期产后出血中的运用价值。方法 选取2020年7月1日—2024年6月30日接受临床治疗的68例产后出血和晚期产后出血患者作为实验观察对象,均实行B超检查,对比检查结果与确诊结果,分析B超运用价值。结果 68例产后出血和晚期产后出血患者中,有28例胎盘或胎膜残留,34例宫缩乏力,2例子宫切口裂开并血肿,4例软产道裂伤。而超声检查确诊65例,符合率为95.59%。B超对68例产后出血和晚期产后出血患者检查的灵敏度、特异性、准确性分别为95.74%、95.74%、96.81%。68例产后出血和晚期产后出血患者的总体健康(CH)评分为(88.25±8.13)分、情感职能(RE)评分为(91.66±9.03)分、社会功能(SF)评分为(89.57±6.14)分、活力(VT)评分为(88.44±7.92)分、生理职能(RP)评分为(91.45±6.15)分、躯体疼痛(BP)评分为(89.45±8.47)分、生理功能(PF)评分为(91.40±1.52)分、精神健康(MH)评分为(93.72±3.38)分。结论 B超在产后出血和晚期产后出血中的运用效果显著,诊断符合率较高,可作为早期诊断的首选方法,应用于临床广泛使用。Objective To investigate the application value of ultrasound in postpartum hemorrhage and late postpartum hemorrhage.Methods 68 patients with postpartum hemorrhage and late postpartum hemorrhage who received clinical treatment from July 1,2020 to June 30,2024 were selected as the experimental observation subjects.All patients underwent B-ultrasound examination,and the examination results were compared with the diagnosis results to analyze the value of B-ultrasound application.Results Among the 68 patients with postpartum hemorrhage and late postpartum hemorrhage,there were 28 cases of placental or fetal membrane residue,34 cases of uterine atony,2 cases of uterine incision rupture and hematoma,and 4 cases of soft birth canal laceration.And ultrasound examination confirmed 68 cases,with a conformity rate of 95.59%.The sensitivity,specificity,and accuracy of 68 patients with postpartum hemorrhage and late postpartum hemorrhage were 95.74%,95.74%,and 96.81%,respectively.The overall health (CH),emotional function (RE),social function (SF),vitality (VT),physiological function (RP),physical pain (BP),physiological function (PF),and mental health (MH) scores of 68 patients with postpartum hemorrhage and late postpartum hemorrhage were 88.25±8.13 points,(91.66±9.03) points,(89.57±6.14) points,(88.44±7.92) points,(91.45±6.15) points,(89.45±8.47) points,(91.40±1.52) points,and (93.72±3.38) points,respectively.Conclusion B-ultrasound has a significant effect on postpartum hemorrhage and late postpartum hemorrhage,with a high diagnostic accuracy rate.It can be used as the preferred method for early diagnosis and should be widely used in clinical practice.
