缬沙坦胶囊口服治疗应用在高血压心脏病患者中的价值

摘　　要：目的 分析高血压心脏病患者运用缬沙坦胶囊口服治疗的效果。方法 选取广东省紫金县紫城镇卫生院2021年1月—2024年1月收治的70例高血压心脏病患者,根据随机数字表法分为两组,35例/组,参比组接受西医传统治疗,探究组在其基础上接受缬沙坦胶囊口服治疗,对比两组治疗总有效率、心功能指标、收缩压、舒张压和血浆脑钠肽。结果 探究组治疗总有效率为97.14%,高于参比组的77.14%(χ^(2)=6.2477,P=0.0124)。治疗后,探究组左心室射血分数高于参比组,心率和左心室舒张末期内径低于参比组(P<0.05)。探究组收缩压、舒张压和血浆脑钠肽低于参比组(P<0.05)。结论 高血压心脏病患者采用缬沙坦胶囊口服治疗效果好,值得借鉴。Objective To analyze the efficacy of oral treatment with valsartan capsules in patients with hypertensive heart disease.Methods A total of 70 patients with hypertensive heart disease who received medical treatment in Zicheng Town Health Center,Zijin County,Guangdong Province from January 2021 to January 2024 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method,35 cases/group.The reference group received traditional Western medicine treatment,and the study group received oral valsartan capsule treatment on the basis of the reference group.The total effective rate,cardiac function index,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and plasma brain natriuretic peptide were examined.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.14%,which was higher than that of the control group (χ~2=6.2477,P=0.0124).After treatment,the left ventricular ejection fraction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,while the heart rate and left ventricular end diastolic diameter were lower than those in the control group,with P<0.05.The systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,and plasma brain natriuretic peptide in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with P<0.05.Conclusion Oral administration of valsartan capsules has a good therapeutic effect on hypertensive heart disease patients and is worth learning from.
